Shipping
Shipping costs are determined based on location. Outdoor saunas are delivered via flatbed trailer and fully assembled. Customers are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery to allow time for preparation. A forklift or crane is required for unloading this unit; due to its size and weight, manual offloading is not recommended.

Space Requirements & Resources
Thermasol outdoor saunas are delivered fully assembled. A forklift or crane is required for placement, and a licensed electrician must install the heater. The path from the delivery point to the placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment. Saunas should be installed on a firm, level surface with slight runoff for drainage, such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
